When and where will the conference be held?
The Integrative Medicine Meeting will take place on 17-20 September, 2018 in Rosenfeld, Germany – at the following address:

Why does the Integrative Medicine Meeting
have a new visual identity?

These changes are the result of an extensive rebranding process which reflects the internal progress we have made over the past few years.
The new look and brand of the Integrative Medicine Meeting are inspired by our commitment to bridging the gap between conventional and complementary medicine.
The overall concept of the event remains unchanged, but we are looking forward to more improvements and innovations in the future.

Why has the registration fee increased since
the last Integrative Medicine Meeting?

The objectives of the Integrative Medicine Meeting are to increase global awareness of integrative medicine in oncology and establish a strong and efficient network among healthcare professionals. Due to our great responsibility to cancer patients and to medical societies all over the world, the Integrative Medicine Meeting has always strived to cover as much of the event costs as possible in the interest of achieving our objectives.
In 2012 and 2014, participation in the event was 100% free of charge. In 2016 the cost of participation was 100 euros (registration fee included catering, transportation, leisure program, on-site hospital visits, discounted hotel rates, etc.).
This year in 2018, we would like to assure you that the Integrative Medicine Meeting will continue to assume this responsibility and once again bear most of these costs (catering, transportation, leisure program, hospital visits, facilitating of the accommodation, etc.).
To ensure the future organization of the Integrative Medicine Meeting, it was necessary to increase the event fee this year.

PROGRAM

How do I add a workshop to my registration?
During the online registration process you will be able to choose the workshops that you would like to attend.
NOTE: All workshops will be limited to 50 participants, so please register as early as possible to ensure your spot.

Can I choose to attend only one day of the conference?
Yes, you can attend a single conference day. A one-day conference pass costs € 150. Please register and select “Conference One Day Pass”.

ATTENDANCE & ACCOMMODATION

How can I reserve a hotel room, and what are the rates?
We have reserved a number of rooms in selected hotels. Please review the suggested accommodations and rates.

How do I get to the conference venue?
Please see our information for directions to the conference venue.

I am an international participant and I need a letter of invitation in order to receive my visa. What should I do?
Please send your invitation letter request to: info@IMM-oncology.com
You should also attach a copy of your passport (i.e. the pages containing your photo and personal information) to your E-mail.
Once we receive your request we will prepare the invitation letter and send it to you within 2 to 3 workdays.

NOTE: Invitation letters will only be granted after we review your passport and personal information.

When can I set up the stand?
Conference stands should be set up on Monday, September 17, between 8:00 and 9:30 am.

SPEAKERS

What are the technical requirements for my presentation?
Please prepare a presentation in a PPTx format. We cannot accept other formats.
The aspect ratio should be 16:9 (widescreen).
The PPT version should not be older than 2013.
Please use most common fonts such as: Arial, Times New Roman, Calibri, Garamond

I’m a presenter. Do I need to use a PowerPoint template for the IMM?
No – we do not require a specific PowerPoint template. Please feel free to use your own.

CE CREDITS AND CERTIFICATES

Will I receive a certificate of attendance?
Yes, each delegate will receive a certificate of attendance.

Will I receive continuing education (CE) credits?
CE credit is currently under review for approval from the following countries:

Germany
Switzerland
Canada
USA
